The Adhoc package or hourly rate is for small business owners who have only a one-off task, or who are still unsure about how valuable a virtual assistant can be and are not ready to commit to a longer-term arrangement yet. Busy individuals who require the occasional administrative/secretarial ‘odd-job’ may enjoy this ‘Taster’ deal.

Only the time worked will be charged: the rate is calculated in 15-minute intervals, so if the task takes 30 minutes, the charge will only be £12.50 (US$16.00)

Secretarial and Administration

£25.00 (US$32.00) per hour/per task

Additional Charges:

  • Mobile/Landline calls; printing; stationary and postage will all be charged at cost;
  • Mileage will be calculated at 45p per mile;
  • All receipts included with the invoice.

Deposit:

Required prior to commencing work.

Payment:

Bank transfer or direct debit arrangement is accepted.
